puceRondOrange CYBERGUN : "how the West was won" :

CYBERGUN has been developing in North America for over nine years through SOFTAIR USA, which in April 2004 became a fully owned subsidiary of CYBERGUN. In 2001, SOFTAIR USA took their first orders from national wholesalers. Today their customer portfolio has considerably expanded, with over 7,000 points of sales throughout the United States and Canada. The big "Outdoors" retailers now have a permanent SOFTAIR department between the paintball and bb gun departments. The biggest retail chain in the US (and worldwide) now devotes space to SOFTAIR products and each year reinforces display of CYBERGUN ranges in their stores. The acquisition of PALCO, who supplies a network of 1,600 local retailers, as well as SOFTAIR USA's move to Dallas, contributed to have enhanced internal management by generating economies of scale and reducing overheads.

puceRondOrange A well-oiled distribution network throughout Europe :

CYBERGUN has long had exclusive deals with distributors and wholesalers, some of them bound year-long purchasing contracts (eg AB fond Produkter in Sweden and GSG in Germany). Certain dormant markets, such as Italy or England, are once again developing. In Eastern Europe, CYBERGUN continues to be strong in Slovenia, Russia and Poland, and is earning new market shares in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In France, CYBERGUN boasts two wholesalers and 750 points of sale. These markets are supplied mainly from their headquarters in Bondoufle, France (30km/20mi south of Paris), with 2,800m² (30,000sqf) of warehouses and 800m² (8,600sqf) of office space.

puceRondOrange The Far East remains an excellent source of potential growth :

1999 was the first year CYBERGUN signed sub-licensing agreements in Japan, granting three independent Japanese producers the right to make and distribute a few of the brands for which CYBERGUN holds the licenses. Today, CYBERGUN pursues their sub-licensing policy not just in Japan but also in Korea and other Asian countries. The sub-licensing agreements allow the beneficiaries to legally market Air Soft Gun® products in Asia, thereby opening up a considerable market for CYBERGUN. The signing of these agreements has also contribute to subcontractor loyalty, making these manufacturers faithful long-term partners for CYBERGUN.
